The XP CRUNCH SteamDragons are influential streamers. content creators, and gamers that provide positive mentorships and educational entertainment to the community. They travel to mental health forums and conferences, host events and workshops, and provide streams and talkshows on mental health, STEAM Education, games and entertainment.

OUR STORY
During COVID19 there was an influx of individuals, young and wise, who turned to virtual education and online entertainment, streaming and video games, for several reasons. If it weren't for the amazing content creators, streamers, casters, and virtual counselors and educators, many of these individuals may have had nobody else to turn to for advice, friendship, mentorship, or help. However, there were parents, professionals, and educators questioning the integrity of this industry, asking if it were "healthy" or "safe" to be online with strangers, or watching influencers, or gaming. It is because of the increased usage of technology and virtual communication during COVID that the SteamDragons were formed.
Kat Mahoney, XP Crunch CEO & Executive Producer, had 25+ years in the Computer and Technology industry raising three Gen-Z kids, two on the Autism spectrum and understood the benefits and POSITIVE affirmations of the industry well before COVID had surfaced. As lockdowns became longer, isolation became harder, and technology and games became therapy, she jumped at the opportunity to create a positive movement through the SteamDragons.

Would you like to join the SteamDragons?
The SteamDragons are Volunteer Gamers, Content Creators, Educators, Professionals and Influencers who are dedicated to the XP Crunch SteamDragons Code of Honor in which we provide POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, and TEAM-BASED courses, workshops, panels, and events to the community and schools.

While you are a volunteer, if there is any traveling, speaking, or workshops that you need to participate in, you may be compensated.
​
Here are a few strict requirements for becoming a SteamDragon:

You must be 18 or older

You must attend every event, workshop, seminar, etc. that you sign up for (virtual or physical)

You are a sponsoring influencer of the SteamDragons and logo is required on your stream (if streaming)

You must wear the Team T-shirt to all events and team streams

You must attend our annual XPCon in Tampa Florida and you will be paid for the day (travel covered only for team leads)

Level 2 Background Checks are required

Monthly SteamDragons LIVE Stream attendance is required.

You must attend the virtual 1-hour training class once accepted

Team Jersey will be distributed after 3 months of positive teamwork
